The Gada is exactly what I was looking for — heavy enough to challenge me but well balanced so it doesn't feel clumsy. Great for functional training.

Push-up patti is simple but genuinely useful. My wrists don't hurt anymore during longer sessions. Would recommend to any beginner.

The heavy mudgar took some getting used to, but after a few weeks I can really feel the strength gains. Worth the investment.
